What evidence does Teleon produce?
Teleon records policy decisions, execution provenance, privacy actions, test findings, approvals, and cryptographic verification data. Scope depends on the integration and must be interpreted with its limits.

- Agent, tenant, environment, framework, provider, and model metadata
- Policy identifier, version, decision, reason, and severity
- Tool activity, memory, handoffs, retries, and approvals when observable
- Classification, tokenization, consent, retention, and access events
- Probes, findings, remediation status, and re-tests
- Hashes, signatures, timestamps, and ledger relationships
What do Trust Scores and Trusted Badges mean?
They summarize evidence observed within a defined scope and time window. They are not certifications, legal opinions, guarantees of safety, or proof of activity outside integrated boundaries.
How is evidence verified?
Signed records can be checked using the public Trust material. Verification establishes integrity and provenance; it does not independently prove that a business claim is complete or legally sufficient.
